Lofty Riverside
A re-zoning application has been approved for a 26-storey tower and a 6-storey podium with approximately 400-units. The project is located along the Rideau River on the corner of Bank Street and Riverside Drive.

A re-zoning application has been approved for a 32-storey tower and a 6-storey podium with approximately 375-units. The project is located less than 100m from the future Westboro Light Rail Transit Station.
200 Baribeau
Originally planned as a freehold townhome, this project has evolved into a 282-unit rental community. The project is located in Vanier with convenient access to Beechwood Avenue and Montreal Road.
432-436 ravenhill
Construction is expected to start in February 2026 on a 10-unit rental apartment development in the heart of Westboro. Units will range from 1-bedroom to 3-bedroom townhomes and availability is expected in late 2026.
16 Edgewater
A revised plan is being developed that would modify the existing site plan application to accommodate a low-rise apartment community. The intent for this project is to start construction by the end of 2026.
westboro village
A zoning application has been filed for a 1,206 unit development in 4 separate buildings ranging from 4 to 40 storeys. All parcels of land in this transit-oriented development are less than 200m from the future Westboro LRT Station.
FUTURE Projects
1688 carling avenue
Plans for a site plan application were put on hold with the implementation of the New Official Plan. The upcoming implementation of the New Zoning Bylaw will enable significant density on this large corner lot.
